Dr. Mark Wright & Dr. Julie Wright

Dr. Mark Wright graduated from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. He is a talented surgeon and performs most surgeries including orthopedics. Dr. Julie Wright graduated from Tuskegee School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Her interests include internal medicine and client education. Both vets are members of the AVMA and HVMA. Together they make a great team!

Mark and Julie have an twenty-one-year-old daughter and a terrier mix named Buoy.

Dr. John Moffa

Dr. John Moffa brings over 30 years of veterinary experience! He owned Aberdeen Veterinary Clinic for 25 years and then joined our team in 2005.

In 1999, he was voted Baltimore’s best veterinarian and later received the MVMA good doctor award in 2004. He was board certified in companion animals until 2005. He taught pharmacology and nutrition courses at CCBC for the veterinary technician program.  He has been on the Board of Directors for the MVMA for the past 25 years and is a member of the HVMA. In 2012 he was named MVMA distinguished veterinarian! (to see the article, click on the link: mdvma)

Dr. Moffa and his wife have 4 children and 5 grandchildren!  They have a very happy lab named Rudy.  We are so lucky to have Dr. Moffa’s wisdom and patience as part of our practice!

Dr. Susan Mullenex

Dr. Susan Mullenex is our newest veterinary member. She graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She practiced for several years at Perry Hall Animal Hospital before joining our team.

Her family includes her husband, their two boys (ages 24 and 21); and two dogs (Marley and Etta).  Life is good!

Dr. Destinee Wright-Weichert

Dr. Destinee Weichert is the newest addition to our staff. She graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Before starting here, she practiced for a couple of years at Main Street Veterinary Hospital.
She and her husband have a two-year-old daughter and a dog named “Olive” (a black lab mix).  Their hobbies include camping and boating.
